Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days. 

*Priority Mail

Priority orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Orders shipped via priority delivery typically arrive in two (2) to five (5) business days. 

*Priority Mail Express

A confirmation email will be sent to the valid email address provided during the initial order with detailed shipping information and tracking number. Please track your order via UPS or USPS depending on the shipping method selected.

 *PayPal Payment Orders

To comply with government regulations, PayPal is required to review certain transactions and may place a temporary pending status on your transaction. This may cause a delay in shipment. Once payment is cleared (up to 72 hrs) your order will ship. 

**Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for International orders. During the holiday season, please allow additional time for standard shipping.

WEST47th will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, defective merchandise only. Return must be postmarked within 3 business days of original tracking receipt. We do our best to inspect each item before shipping it out to you. However if you receive an item that is defective, email pictures of the defect prior to return. We will confirm within 24 hours if we will accept your return for the defected item.

All returns are refunded in the form of a merchandise credit towards a new order. A merchandise credit code will be issued by e-mail. A valid email address must be provided. Customer is responsible for the return and new order shipping charges.
